Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the workshops, events, and merchandise offered by Her Champion Lifestyle LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By registering for a workshop, purchasing merchandise, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Workshops

1.1 Eligibility: Workshops are intended for girls ages 10–17. A parent or legal guardian must provide consent for minors to participate.
1.2 Registration & Payment: All workshop fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. Seats are confirmed only after payment has been received.
1.3 Cancellations & Refunds: All sales are final. Workshop registrations are non-refundable. However, registrations may be transferred to another eligible participant by providing written notice at least [X days] prior to the workshop.
1.4 Attendance: We reserve the right to refuse or remove participation if behavior is disruptive or violates the safety of others.

2. Merchandise

2.1 All Sales Final: Merchandise purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership: All workshop materials, presentations, and content are the property of Her Champion Lifestyle LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
3.2 Restrictions: Participants may not copy, distribute, record, or reproduce workshop materials without our prior written consent.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 No Guarantees: Workshops are intended for educational and mentoring purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding personal outcomes, results, or future success.
4.2 Release of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Her Champion Lifestyle LLC is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in workshops, events, or merchandise purchases.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Her Champion Lifestyle LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your participation in workshops or use of our merchandise.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation in our workshops or use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
